Why do I have to give personal details when registering?
Specially important when paying out winnings the identification of players is completely necessary. Therefore we need your name, surname and address. Furthermore we need your birthdate, to make sure you are over the minimum age to use our product range of lottery24. By email we contact you if you for example forgot your password.
Can I play on Lottery24 from abroad? You can participate from anywhere in Europe. We only provide state lotteries. To receive your winnings you only require a bank account to which we can transfer. IBAN and BIC are required.
Where can I see my numbers and shares? If you have played numbers you will find them immediately in "My Numbers". Furthermore you receive a confirmation with your selected numbers by email. If you purchased a lottery syndicate the procedure is the same as selecting numbers for yourself.
