Why do I have to give personal details when registering?
Specially important when paying out winnings the identification of players is completely necessary. Therefore we need your name, surname and address. Furthermore we need your birthdate, to make sure you are over the minimum age to use our product range of lottery24. By email we contact you if you for example forgot your password.
How do the different games work? Select "Lotteries" from the main menu, then select the preferred country and lottery game. At the bottom of the page you will find "How to play"
How do I receive my winnings? Winnings will automatically be credited your online account. A transfer to your bank account can be requested with only one click on "Transfer". It requires that you have specified a bank account in your profile to which the winnings should be transferred.
How can I pay or get credit on my account? We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). You can wire transfer to pay. Furthermore you can use the Bank online tool (currently only for Austrian bank accounts).
