Can I play on Lottery24 from abroad?
You can participate from anywhere in Europe. We only provide state lotteries. To receive your winnings you only require a bank account to which we can transfer. IBAN and BIC are required.

How long does it usually take to have my winnings on my online account?
It depends on the products you purchase. Depending on the amount you have won, usually winnings are credited to your account the day after the draw. Lottery syndicate winnings are usually credited every 4 weeks. For larger amounts there are payment delays by the official lottery headquarters that are around 4 weeks.

Where can I see my numbers and shares?
If you have played numbers you will find them immediately in "My Numbers". Furthermore you receive a confirmation with your selected numbers by email. If you purchased a lottery syndicate the procedure is the same as selecting numbers for yourself.
