For larger amounts there are payment delays by the official lottery headquarters that are around 4 weeks.

Where can I see my numbers and shares? If you have played numbers you will find them immediately in "My Numbers". Furthermore you receive a confirmation with your selected numbers by email. If you purchased a lottery syndicate the procedure is the same as selecting numbers for yourself.
