I have sent some money but it is not showing on my account.
Normally a transaction takes 2 to 3 days in europe. However sometimes banks do not work like they should do and it can happen to take up to 7 days. As soon as we receive your payment you will receive the amount on your account and be informed by email.
Can I play on Lottery24 from abroad? You can participate from anywhere in Europe. We only provide state lotteries. To receive your winnings you only require a bank account to which we can transfer. IBAN and BIC are required.
How Can I Register? Simply click on the button "Register" and enter your details in the form.
How can I pay or get credit on my account? We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). You can wire transfer to pay. Furthermore you can use the Bank online tool (currently only for Austrian bank accounts).
